LESSON 03 · CORE SKILL
How to Read a Signal — Entry, TP & SL
~10 MIN READ · FREE
Every signal in the room follows the same shape. Once you can read those four lines, you never have to guess what to do.
- 1
The pair and direction
The first line names the instrument and whether it is a buy or a sell. If you do not have that instrument on your platform, do not improvise with a similar one.
- 2
Entry price
This is the level the trade is valid from. If price has already run far past entry, the trade is gone — let it go instead of chasing it.
- 3
Take profit (TP)
Where the trade closes in profit. Some signals have TP1, TP2 and TP3 — that means closing part of the position at each level.
- 4
Stop loss (SL)
Where the trade closes at a loss. The SL is not optional. It is the only thing that defines how much a bad trade can cost you.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE NOW
You can turn any signal into an order without asking what it means.
